Jayne Soliman Dies Suddenly

She was airlifted to Oxford's John Radcliffe Hospital where doctors managed to keep her heart beating long enough to deliver her baby daughter by caesarean section. Little Aya Jayne is being monitored by intensive care doctors at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
 
Bracknell Ice Skating Club, where Mrs Soliman worked, has issued a statement expressing their sadness over what happened to the popular coach.
The message on their website reads:
 
 "It is with great regret and immense sadness that we have to inform you that coach Jayne Soliman died suddenly on Wednesday afternoon as a result of a brain haemorrhage.
 
"The baby is very small but doing well. Our prayers are with her."
 
Mrs Soliman was a professional skater who had competed at international level. She was the 1989 British champion and was the World No.7 at the peak of her career.
